Gluten-Free Cinnamon Bread

- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- ¼ cup flaxseed meal
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp gluten-free baking soda
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 4-5 eggs
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 Tbsp raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Betsy’s Best Gourmet Peanut, Almond or Seed Butter
- ¼ cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine wet and dry ingredients separately in medium bowls. Combine together in larger bowl. Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until it a toothpick comes out clean. When ready, serve with Betsy’s Best!
