Easy Five Ingredient Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

- 1 c Betsy’s Best Gourmet Peanut Butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 c chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and save chocolate chips for last. Place on un-greased cookie sheet or parchment paper and bake for 8-10 min.
Yields 12 cookies.
Swap out chocolate chips for dried goji berries and walnuts or a sprinkle of chia or flax seeds mixed with oats.
