Easy 5 ingredient gluten-free peanut butter cookies

No time to whip up a fresh batch of delicious chocolate chip cookies? No worries here, this dish is simple to make and you can have freshly baked cookies in under 15 min flat! This gluten free cookie is simply delicious and just as charming as a regular cookie recipe.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and save chocolate chips for last. Place on un-greased cookie sheet or parchment paper and bake for 8-10 min.

Yields 12 cookies.

Swap out chocolate chips for dried goji berries and walnuts or a sprinkle of chia or flax seeds mixed with oats.

I made these over the weekend, all I can say is delicious! They could not have been easier to make. I had all the ingredients right in my pantry. Everyone that came to my house over the weekend was blown away that they were gluten-free and only had 5 ingredients, they were sooo good! They will definitely be a go to when I make peanut butter cookies!
