If you surround yourself with negative people, you’ll start to feel that too. Negativity spreads like a virus. Positive and supportive friends can help raise your self-esteem by providing a nurturing environment for you.
Don’t Compare Yourself To Others
There will always be people that have more than you, but there will also always be people who have less. Focus on what you do have – rather than what you don't and on what you can do – rather than what you can't.
Instead of just exercising the body, also exercise the mind! Make a list of five things that make you happy and make time for them in your schedule to nourish your soul and celebrate your body.
