Homemade eggnog ice cream

This holiday renovated recipe will be a real treat as you take a bite and taste the eggnog flavor without the guilt. The creamy texture and bold spice flavor of this eggnog ice cream will warm your holiday heart with the delicious flavor. Definitely my favorite treat this holiday season! 

 2 frozen bananas, peeled
1/4 c eggnog (we used eggnog almond milk)
1 T Betsy’s Best Gourmet Sunflower Seed Butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
pinch sea salt 

 

In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth like soft serve ice cream. Eat immedi-ately. Yield: 4 servings.

Spice up your bowl of homemade eggnog ice cream with a dollop of cool whip and sprinkle of cinnamon or crumbled gingerbread cookie on top! Enjoy this fun holiday recipe!
