Coconut, Ginger, Cinnamon, and Peanut Butter Ice Cream Topping
Watch out ice cream there is a hot topping about to melt your heart! Take your vanilla cream to a new extreme with a sweet heat topping. The subtle ginger and hint of cinnamon peanut butter makes the most amazing combination. Heck you may even skip the sweet cream and eat the topping all by itself!
Ice Cream Topping Ingredients:
- 2 T Betsy’s Best Gourmet Peanut Butter with Cinnamon
- 1/2 T coconut oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Vanilla ice cream
- 2 T Bare Sweet Ginger Coconut Chips
In a pot add Betsy’s Best, coconut oil and maple syrup. On low heat cook until coconut oil melts. About 3-5 min. Remove from heat. Place ice cream in a bowl and top with peanut sauce and sprinkle with coconut ginger chips. If you wait a bit the peanut butter topping will turn hard into a crisp!
