Blueberry Squash Smoothie

Summer squash in a smoothie? You bet! This secret ingredient provides additional vitamins and nutrients while our gourmet nut or seed butters adds a delicious, sweet touch.

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Blend up this blueberry squash breakfast smoothie and feel good about it. Filling up on the fiber and antioxidants will make a body happy!


This is a very good and unusual smoothie. I used my Betsy’s Best Sunflower Seed butter for this smoothie and it tasted great.
