Holiday Peppermint Smoothie Recipe
The season of candy canes and snow-covered hills calls for the perfect peppermint smoothie recipe to match! Creamy avocado, chia seeds and Betsy’s Best make this super food smoothie a real holiday treat.
Peppermint Smoothie Ingredients
- ¼ avocado
- 1 ½ cup almond milk (or other milk alternative)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp Betsy’s Best Gourmet Almond Butter
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp peppermint extract
- 8 drops liquid Stevia (or 4 dates)
- 6 ice cubes
- Honey for garnish
- Crushed candy cane for garnish
Add all ingredients except candy cane and honey to blender. Blend until smooth. Line rim of a glass with honey and coat with crushed candy cane.
