Healthy Apple Pie Smoothie
This healthy apple smoothie recipe is the perfect refreshing delight for any time of year. Apple pie and spice get a kick with Betsy’s Best Gourmet Nut and Seed Butters, making this smoothie one sweet treat!
- 1 cup almond milk (or coconut or other alternative milk)
- ½ apple
- ½ banana, frozen
- 1/3 small zucchini
- 1 tsp coconut palm sugar (or 3 dates or 3-4 drops liquid Stevia)
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Betsy's Best Gourmet Peanut Butter (or substitute with Betsy's Best Almond or Seed Butter)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch sea salt
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
