This healthy apple smoothie recipe is the perfect refreshing delight for any time of year. Apple pie and spice get a kick with Betsy’s Best Gourmet Nut and Seed Butters, making this smoothie one sweet treat!

Make this fantastic apple pie smoothie recipe, delicious and healthy

  • 1 cup almond milk (or coconut or other alternative milk)
  • ½ apple
  • ½ banana, frozen
  • 1/3 small zucchini
  • 1 tsp coconut palm sugar (or 3 dates or 3-4 drops liquid Stevia)
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Betsy's Best Gourmet Peanut Butter (or substitute with Betsy's Best Almond or Seed Butter)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch sea salt

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
