Ginger and Cayenne PB Smoothie

Why do all smoothies have to be sweet? Add some heat to your morning blend and give your smoothie a kick with some ginger and cayenne combined with the delicious gourmet Betsy’s Best peanut butter.

PB Smoothie Ingredients

1 C almond or other milk alternative
1/2 frozen banana
6 baby carrots
1 T Betsy’s Best Gourmet Peanut Butter
1 T chia seeds
1 T hemp seeds
pinch sea salt
1 small knob ginger (can adjust size depending on taste)
dash of cayenne

Blend until smooth. Add more cayenne if you need more heat!
