- 1 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
- ½ cup blueberries, frozen
- ½ banana, frozen
- ½ cup spinach (or kale)
- 1 Tbsp Betsy’s Best Gourmet Almond Butter (can substitute with Betsy's Best Peanut or Seed Butter)1 Tbsp oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch sea salt
