Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter Pinacolada Smoothie

A Healthy Pinacolada Smoothie featuring Betsy's Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter

This Green-A-Colada Smoothie is our very first recipe to feature our new Betsy's Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter!

A great way to start any day, this tropical treat will have you dreaming of the beach!  Grab a mini umbrella to garnish your drink and sit back and picture the sand between your toes, warm sunshine on your face, and let this cool yet healthy drink calm you like the ocean waves. Super tasty and vegan, too!

  • 1 c light coconut milk, unsweetened    
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 Tbsp toasted coconut flakes for garnish

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

If you are a pinacolada fan you are going to love this smoothie recipe.  As always, if you substitute to another nut butter brand this smoothie will not taste as good, so be sure to use Betsy's Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter.
