Matcha Latte Smoothie featuring Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter

We all know Matcha tea is loaded with antioxidants and is a great energy booster in the morning.  This smoothie will keep you energized and glowing with all of the nutrient dense and healthy fat functional foods.  The creamy texture of this smoothie will remind you of a milkshake but without all of the sugar!  

Matcha Latte Smoothie Ingredients:

1/2 c matcha tea, chilled
1/2 c almond or coconut milk
1 T Betsy’s Best Gourmet Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter
1/2 small avocado
1 handful spinach
4 dates
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c ice

In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
