Peanut Butter and Banana Bunny Wrap
Bunny’s would go crazy for Betsy’s Best if they ate nuts. Forgo the bread and swap it for a collard green. Loaded with fiber and vitamins peanut butter bunny wraps are fun to eat and will give you energy. Just swapping the green in place of grain will save you a whopping 150 calories from a traditional PB&J.
- 1 Swiss chard (or collard wrap)
- 2 Tbsp Betsy's Best Gourmet Peanut Butter, (or substitute with Betsy's Best Almond or Seed Butter)
- 1 banana
De-stem greens. Spread Betsy’s Best evenly to coat leaf. Place banana at one end of leaf and roll to the other end. Seal with a dab of Betsy’s Best. Cut like sushi rolls.
You can also try kale and swiss chard in place of collards. Slice the peanut butter bunny wrap like sushi for a great appetizer and bite size portions.
