We all know Matcha tea is loaded with antioxidants and is a great energy booster in the morning.  Betsy’s smoothie will keep you energized and glowing with all of the nutrient dense and healthy fat functional foods.  The creamy texture of the Matcha green tea smoothie will remind you of a milkshake but without all of the sugar!

Smoothie Ingredients:

1 T Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter

1 c coconut milk

1 c greek yogurt, plain

2 T honey or maple syrup

1/2 c mango

1 c spinach or 2 T Koyah Leafy Greens Booster powder

1/2 c chia seeds

Step By Step Matcha Green Tea Smoothie Recipe Directions:

Step 1: Place all ingredients into your blender.

Step 2: Blend until smooth.

This milkshake will bring back memories of a classic dairy fountain treat – without the guilt! Made with great ingredients like almond milk, chia seeds and Betsy’s Best, our Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake recipe packs a healthy punch. Great health has never tasted this good! 

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

½ cup almond milk (or coconut milk)

2 Tbsp Betsy’s Best Gourmet Peanut Butter

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 Tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

5 drops liquid stevia

4 ice cubes

pinch of sea salt

Ingredients:

2 slices bread

2 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Almond Butter

]1 T Blackberry preserve

9 blackberries

6 mint leaves

Step By Step Recipe Directions:

 

Step 1: Assemble the sandwich with almond butter on one slice of bread and blackberry preserves on the other slice. 

Step 2: Add fresh blackberries on top of the preserve and garnish with the mint. 

Step 3: Place slices of bread together.

Step 4: Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 C cold coffee

1/2 banana, frozen

2 T Betsy’s Best Gourmet Cashew Butter

1/2 C ice

Step By Step Recipe Directions:

 

Step 1: Brew unflavored coffee

Step 2Place all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth.

Vanilla Avocado Smoothie – Non-Dairy & Gluten-Free

This vanilla avocado smoothie recipe rocks the perfect balance of deliciousness and healthy. So creamy, you’ll think you’re enjoying a milkshake.

  • 1 cup almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ½ Tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp Betsy’s Best Gourmet PeanutAlmond or Seed Butter
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 5 drops liquid Stevia (optional)

Combine all ingredients in Vitamix or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness to taste with Stevia. Serve icy-cold!

Recipe Ingredients:

2 T Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter

1 c light coconut milk, unsweetened

1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple

1/2 frozen banana

2 Tbsp chia seeds

1 handful spinach

2 Tbsp toasted coconut flakes for garnish
