Double the flavor, double the awesomeness of almond!  These gluten free almond flour almond butter chocolate chunk cookies are twice as delicious without the gluten guilt!  Super moist and chewy, it will be hard to stop at just one!

Ingredients:

1/4 C Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Almond Butter

1/4 c butter, softened

1/4 c packed brown sugar

1/4 c sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract, gluten free

1 egg + 1 egg white

2 1/2 c Blue Diamond Almond Flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 c chocolate chips or pieces, gluten free

 

 

Step By Step Almond Butter Chocolate Chunk CookiesRecipe Directions:

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 3: Beat together the butter, Betsy’s Best Natural Cinnamon Almond Butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla in a bowl.

Step 4: Add eggs and beat.

Step 5: Stir in almond flour, baking soda and salt.

Step 6: Mix well.

Step 7: Stir in chocolate chips.

Step 8: Drop tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart onto baking sheets.

Step 9: Bake 12-15 in or until lightly browned on top and firm to the touch.

Step 10: Enjoy your gluten-free almond butter chocolate chunk cookies!
