2 C almond flour

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp ground cardamom

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

2 eggs

1/3 C honey

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/4 C raspberries

2 T Chia seeds

Step By Step Berry Muffins Recipe Directions:

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare 12 muffin liners in muffin tin.

Step 2:: In a bowl combine the dry ingredients and stir to incorporate.

Step 3: In another medium bowl add wet ingredients and whisk until combined.

Step 4: Gently add dry ingredients and stir until mixed and fold in the raspberries.

Step 5:Spoon into muffin cups and bake 25-30 minutes.
