A unique blueberry crisp recipe, delicious and healthy



  • 2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  • 5 Tbsp butter
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup flour

Preheat oven to 350°F. To make crust, add all crust ingredients to a bowl and cut butter until crumbly. Pat into greased 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

For filling, add all ingredients to saucepan on medium heat. Cook 10-15 minutes or until blueberry juice sauce thickens. Remove to cool. Once cool, spoon filling over crust.

For crumble, cut butter into oats, brown sugar and flour until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over blueberry filling. Return to oven and bake 20-30 minutes.
