These little bon bon’s are too cute to eat! Bite size goodness with delicious Betsy’s Best gives these cookie balls a rich flavor. Dipped in chocolate makes them irresistible.
- ½ cup Betsy’s Best Gourmet Peanut, Almond or Seed Butter
- ½ cup oats
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup raw sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Combine Betsy’s Best, oats, salt, sugar and vanilla. Stir to combine and form into mini-sized balls. Melt chocolate chips. Dip ½ of the Betsy’s Best bites into chocolate. Let cool on wax paper.
We like to make these miniature bon bon’s versions bite size for an easy pop in the mouth. Dip them in your favorite chocolate. Sprinkle with coconut, ground walnuts, graham cracker crumbs, or shaven chocolate for a unique twist!
