Ice Cream Ingredients:

2 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Almond Butter

1 peeled orange or unpeeled apple

1 slice pineapple

1/2 banana

Handful of spinach

Sliver of lime

3 T honey or agave

1 c ice
