This eggnog ice cream  recipe will be a real treat as you take a bite and taste the eggnog flavor without the guilt. The creamy texture and bold spice flavor of this eggnog ice cream will warm your holiday heart with the delicious flavor. Definitely my favorite treat this holiday season!

Ice Cream Ingredients:

1 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Sunflower Seed Butter

2 frozen bananas, peeled

1/4 c eggnog (we used eggnog almond milk)

1/4 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1/8 tsp cloves

pinch sea salt

 

Step By Step Eggnog Ice Cream Recipe Directions:

Step 1: In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth like soft serve ice cream.

Step 2: Eat immediately and enjoy!

Yield: 4 servings.

Spice up your bowl of homemade eggnog ice cream with a dollop of cool whip and sprinkle of cinnamon or crumbled gingerbread cookie on top! Enjoy this fun holiday recipe!
