Betsy’s peanut butter covered frozen banana popsicles are a healthy dessert treat. As the temperature increase, cool treats beat the summer heat! We love these healthy frozen banana pops for a delicious treat that is not only healthy, but fun to make with kids.
Recipe Ingredients:
3 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Peanut Butter
bananas, peeled and cut in half
2 T coconut oil
1 c of toppings such as: Cocoa Krispies, shredded coconut, sprinkles or cacao nibs
8 popsicle sticks
Step By Step Peanut Butter Banana Popsicle Recipe Directions:
Step 1: Place popsicle stick in the base of the banana that was cut in half.
Step 2: Put bananas on wax paper on a cookie sheet and place in the freezer for at least 2 hrs. In a small saucepan, add Betsy’s Best and coconut; on low heat melt oil and Betsy’s Best together.
Step 3: Remove from heat.
Step 4: Place toppings individually on its own plate.
Step 5: Take bananas from the freezer and dip one at a time into Betsy’s Best mixture, then roll in topping and place back on wax paper.
Step 6: Once finished with each banana store in freezer in an airtight container
Step 7: Enjoy your frozen banana popsicles!
