1 can coconut milk (or light coconut milk)

1 tsp curry paste

2 T soy sauce

1/2 tsp fresh ginger

2 tsp honey

dash siracha

4 chicken breast

1/4 c diced onion

1/4 tsp salt

Step By Step Crockpot Coconut Curry Chicken Recipe Directions:

Step 1Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hrs or high for 2-4 hrs or until chicken is no longer pink.
