Eggnog is an iconic Holiday drink, so why not make an iconic eggnog smoothie? Betsy, a registered Dietitian, loves to eat healthy all year long, but great taste is very important to her.  We know it will be #LoveAtFirstTaste when you try this delicious Breakfast smoothie.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Almond Butter

½ cup cashews

1 cup water

1 Tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp vanilla

¼ tsp rum extract (or real rum to make a party drink)

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ cup dates (or 8-10 drops of liquid Stevia)

Dash nutmeg

Pinch sea salt

Step By Step Eggnog Smoothie Recipe Directions:

Step 1: Place ingredients in your blender.

Step 2: Blend until smooth.

Step 5: Enjoy your holiday eggnog smoothie!
