Everyone deserves a special treat that tastes oh so good on their birthday.  Betsy promises, with her Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter as a featured ingredient this smoothie is all about amazing taste.  Even better, it is healthy, too! Trust us, you’ll taste the difference with Betsy’s Best!

Recipe Ingredients:

1 T Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter

1 cup homemade almond milk or cashew butter milk 

1 large banana, frozen

1/4 c blueberries

800 mg blue majik (or 2 capsules opened)

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder (we used Livewell Raw Plant Protein wild vanilla bean)

pinch sea salt

Unicorn sprinkles, garnish

Step By Step Birthday Cake Smoothie Recipe Directions:

Step 1Add all ingredients except for the sprinkles into your blender. 

Step 2: Blend until smooth

Step 3: Garnish with sprinkles.

Step 4: Enjoy your birthday cake smoothie!

    Betsy – your smoothie recipes are so good! I hope people don’t sub in other brands of nut butters, They just don’t have the same flavor and in turn your recipe is diminished. You should put a warning on your recipes: “If you don’t use Betsy’s Best Nut Butters you will most likely ruin this recipe.” If people don’t believe me I challenge them to make one smoothie with Betsy’s Best and the same smoothie with any another brand.
