- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp
- Betsy’s Best Gourmet Peanut, Almond or Seed Butter
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 small yellow squash
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 3-4 drops liquid Stevia (or ½ tsp honey)
- Pinch sea salt
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
