Betsy’s healthy banana nut bread smoothie recipe tastes just like freshly baked banana nut bread. You’d never guess this delicious smoothie is packed with vegetables like zucchini and carrots! Sip on a smoothie so good, you won’t believe it’s good for you too.

Ingredients:

1 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Almond Butter

1 cup almond milk (or coconut or other alternative milk)

1 banana, frozen

½ apple

¼ cup zucchini, cubed

¼ cup baby carrots

1 Tbsp chia seed

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp coconut palm sugar (or 3 drops of liquid Stevia)

¼ tsp cinnamon

Pinch sea salt

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 1: Place all ingredients into your blender.

Step 2: Blend until smooth.
