1 T Betsy’s Best Gourmet Almond Butter
1 c almond milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ginger
1 T chia seeds
pinch sea salt
Blend until smooth
If you are not a fan of pear you can easily use apple instead. I will often throw a handful of spinach into this spiced pear almond butter smoothie recipee for an extra nutritional kick! Enjoy!
