Nachos Recipe Ingredients:

1 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Peanut Butter

1 apple

1 Tbsp coconut oil

2 Tbsp pomegranate seeds

2 Tbsp cacao nibs or chocolate chips

Blackberries and mint as garnish (optional)

Step By Step Apple Nachos Recipe Directions:

Step 1: Thinly slice apples and arrange on a plate. 

Step 2: Take a small bowl and mix the coconut oil and Betsy’s Best Gourmet Peanut Butter with Cinnamon until incorporated. 

Step 3: Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and cacao nibs over apples and drizzle with Betsy’s Best. 

Step 4: You can add the blueberries and mint as a garnish!
