enjoy a delicious peanut butter and jelly smoothie

PB & J is not for lunch anymore!  This creamy peanut butter and jelly smoothie is like a sandwich on the go!  Your sweet and savory protein and fiber loaded smoothie will keep you going all day long!  Switch up the nut butters and try it with the seed, almond or even cashew butter for a different twist!

Strawberry Blend

  • 1 c strawberries, frozen
  • 1 T World of Chia Fruit Spread or 1 T honey
  • 2 T almond milk

Peanut Butter Blend

In a blender, start with the strawberry blend and blend until smooth.  You may add more almond milk if you need it smoother.  Remove and pour 1/2 way in 2 glasses.  Now add the peanut butter blend into the blender and blend until smooth.  Top off both glasses with the peanut butter smoothie and enjoy!  Yields: 2 smoothies
