Recipe Ingredients:

1 T Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter

2 slices wheat bread

2 Tbsp Pineapple jelly

Fresh pineapple, chunks

Fresh banana, sliced

Toasted coconut pieces

Step By Step Coconut Chia Pudding Recipe Directions:

Step 1: Add Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter to one slice of bread and add the jelly to the second slice. 

Step 2: Add banana and pineapple and garnish with the toasted coconut. 

Step 3: Place the two slices together

Step 4: Enjoy every bite of your pina colada sandwich!

    Wow! Betsy’s Best has done it once again with this super easy, oh-my-goodness-this-is wicked-good recipe. I’ll never think of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich as boring again.

    Really good alternate to the classic PB&J. I made mine better by toasting the bread. The two key’s to a great PB&J – use Betsy’s Best and toast the bread!
