Almond butter pumpkin blondie recipe

In the mood for a gluten-free fall treat? Go no further than these delicious almond butter and pumpkin flavored blondies. This gluten free dessert has a kickback of a brownie but not a blonde as a blondie! The cinnamon flavor matched with the pumpkin frosting makes me say “fall into fabulous” with this delicious dessert!

 1 c almond flour
3/4 C sugar
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 eggs
1/2 C Betsy’s Best Gourmet Almond Butter
1/4 C coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla

    Frosting ingredients:

    3 T pumpkin
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    3 C powdered sugar
    1/4 C coconut oil
    cinnamon for garnish

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine almond flour, sugar, baking soda, and sea salt until blended. Add eggs, Betsy’s Best, coconut oil and vanilla. Beat until evenly mixed. Pour into a greased 8×8 pan and bake for 25-30 min.

      In a separate bowl combine all ingredients for frosting and whip until incorporated. Place in refrigerator until brownies are finished baking and cooled. Frost brownies and enjoy!
