 This honey mustard almond butter dressing recipe uses Betsy's Best!

  • 3 Tbsp Betsy’s Best Gourmet Almond Butter
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp stoneground mustard
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (or flax/almond oil)
  • ½ Tbsp raw honey
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp garlic
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Puree all ingredients in blender except for chia seeds. Add chia and stir by hand. Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Yields 1/2 cup.
