A super berry smoothie with gourmet sunflower seed butter

With a cool blast of superfoods, our healthy berry smoothie is the perfect treat after a great workout. Loaded with the incredible nutrition of three berries plus chia seeds and Betsy’s Best, it’s exactly what your body needs to recover.

  • 1 cup almond milk or milk alternative
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp dried Acai berry powder
  • 1 Tbsp Maqui berry powder
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp Betsy’s Best Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 5 drops liquid stevia (or 3 dates)
  • pinch of sea salt

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
