- 1 cup almond milk (or coconut or other alternative milk)
- 1 banana, frozen
- ½ apple
- ¼ cup zucchini, cubed
- ¼ cup baby carrots
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp Betsy’s Best Gourmet Almond Butter (can substitute with Betsy’s Best Peanut or Seed Butter)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp coconut palm sugar (or 3 drops of liquid Stevia)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch sea salt
