Betsy’s best blueberry crisp recipe just got a makeover with a secret ingredient that makes it unique. Tasty gourmet peanut butter meets a crunch of crumble and a blast of blueberries to make this crisp a blue ribbon winner!!
1 cup flour (or gluten-free flour)
½ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp sea salt
½ cup butter
2 cup frozen blueberries
2 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
5 Tbsp butter
½ cup oats
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup flour
Step By Step Best Blueberry Crisp Recipe Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. To make crust, add all crust ingredients to a bowl and cut butter until crumbly. Pat into greased 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Step 2: For filling, add all ingredients to saucepan on medium heat. Cook 10-15 minutes or until blueberry juice sauce thickens. Remove to cool. Once cool, spoon filling over crust.
Step 3: For crumble, cut butter into oats, brown sugar and flour until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over blueberry filling. Return to oven and bake 20-30 minutes.
Step 4: Enjoy your very best blueberry crisp!
