If you’re looking to spice up your breakfast, Betsy’s ginger smoothie recipe will be a hit.  After all, why do all smoothies have to be sweet? Add some heat to your morning blend and give your smoothie a kick with some ginger and cayenne combined with our delicious gourmet Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Peanut Butter. Warning! If you substitute in a different PB brand this smoothie just won’t be the same.

Recipe Ingredients:

Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Peanut Butter

1 C almond or other milk alternative

1/2 frozen banana

6 baby carrots

1 T chia seeds

1 T hemp seeds

pinch sea salt

1 small knob ginger (can adjust size depending on taste)

dash of cayenne

Step By Step Ginger Smoothie Recipe Directions:

Step 1: Blend until smooth.

Step 2: Add more cayenne if you need more heat!.

Step 7: Enjoy your cayenne pepper ginger smoothie!
