Betsy’s Best baked kale chips are a healthy snack that pack a powerful punch! Kale meets cardamom cashew butter in the most amazing baked chip Try this healthy snack recipe and those unhealthy bagged potato chips will become a thing of the past!
1 bunch kale, washed, dried and de-stemmed
1 T coconut oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
Step By Step Baked Kale Chips Recipe Directions:
Step 1: In a bowl combine Betsy’s Best with coconut oil and salt.
Step 2: Stir together and add kale.
Step 3: Break kale into large pieces.
Step 4: Place either in dehydrator at 120 degrees for 12-24 hrs or place in oven at 250 degrees for 8-10 min or until crispy.
Step 3: Enjoy your tasty and healthy baked kale chips!!
This is delicious made with each of the nut butters, Sunflower Seed, Peanut, or Almond. Add more cinnamon or nutmeg, sprinkle with hemp seeds, or add shredded coconut for some unique variations.
