If you are ready for a taste of heaven you absolutely need to make Betsy’s homemade chocolate dipped strawberries. Strawberries are sweet and delicious by themselves, but take this simple fruit into strawberry bliss with Betsy’s Best peanut butter stuffed inside and then dipped in delicious creamy white or dark chocolate. These are not your normal chocolate dipped strawberries and will be the hit on your dessert plate.
4 TBS Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter
1 qt. strawberries
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (or white chocolate)
Step By Step Homemade Chocolate Dipped Strawberries Recipe Directions:
Step 1: Wash and dry strawberries.
Step 2: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and set aside.
Step 3: At the bottom point of strawberry, cut out an upside-down “V”.
Step 4: Stuff bottom of strawberry with your favorite Betsy’s Best butter.
Step 5: Dip bottom of strawberry into melted chocolate and cool on wax paper.
Step 6: Repeat with the rest of the strawberries.
Step 7: Enjoy your chocolate dipped strawberries!
