Recipe Ingredients:

1 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Peanut Butter

1 tsp cacao or cocoa powder

1/8 tsp sea salt

1½ cup plain coconut chips (dried)

Step By Step Peanut Butter Coconut Crisps Recipe Directions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

Step 2: In a bowl combine all ingredients except for the coconut.

Step 3: Stir until smooth. Add coconut and stir until all chips are covered in the mixture.

Step 4: Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread mixture evenly across paper, avoiding large clumps.

Step 5: Bake for 12-15 min, watching closely to ensure crisps do not burn.

Strawberries are sweet and delicious by themselves, but take this simple fruit into strawberry bliss with Betsy’s Best peanut butter stuffed inside and then dipped in delicious creamy white or dark chocolate. These are not your normal chocolate dipped strawberries and will be the hit on your dessert plate.

Strawberries Ingredients:

4 TBS Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter

1 qt. strawberries

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (or white chocolate)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step By Step Homemade Chocolate Dipped Strawberries  Recipe Directions:

Step 1Wash and dry strawberries.

Step 2: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and set aside.

Step 3: At the bottom point of strawberry, cut out an upside-down “V”.

Step 4: Stuff bottom of strawberry with your favorite Betsy’s Best butter.

Step 5: Dip bottom of strawberry into melted chocolate and cool on wax paper.

Step 6: Repeat with the rest of the strawberries.

Step 7: Enjoy your chocolate dipped strawberries!

Brownie Ingredients:

1/2 C Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Almond Butter

1 c almond flour

3/4 C cacao powder

3/4 C sugar

3/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp sea salt

3 eggs

1/4 C coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla

Frosting Ingredients:

3 T pumpkin

1/2 tsp vanilla

3 C powdered sugar

1/4 C coconut oil

cinnamon for garnish

Step By Step Dark Chocolate Brownies Recipe Directions:

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2: In a large bowl combine almond flour, sugar, baking soda, cacao, and sea salt until blended.

Step 3: Add eggs, Betsy’s Best, coconut oil and vanilla.

Step 4: Beat until evenly mixed.

Step 5: Pour into a greased 8x8 pan and bake for 25-30 min.

 

Step By Step Pumpkin Frosting Recipe Directions: 

Step 1: In a separate bowl combine all ingredients for frosting and whip until incorporated.

Step 2: Place in refrigerator until brownies are finished baking and cooled.

Peppermint Candy Cane Cookie Dough Balls

Betsy’s peppermint candy cane cookie dough balls takes cookie dough to the next level by putting a little jingle in each bite! These Betsy’s Candy Cane Cookie Dough Balls aren’t just super delicious, they’re made with Betsy’s Best Gourmet Peanut Butter, which contains all-natural ingredients like chia seeds, cinnamon and honey.

Cookie Dough Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Sunflower Seed Butter

¼ cup rolled oats

¼ cup oat flour (or whole wheat pastry flour)

¼ tsp sea salt

1 Tbsp natural cane sugar

½ tsp pure vanilla extract

3 Tbsp pure maple syrup (or honey)

8 oz white chocolate

5 oz crushed candy cane

Yields: 22 bites

Step By Step Peppermint Cookie Dough Balls Recipe Directions:

Step 1Using a food processor, process Betsy’s Best and oats until reaching fine crumble. Add flour, salt and sugar, and process for a few seconds. Pour in maple syrup and vanilla, processing until combined. Dough should be sticky. Form into small balls and store in refrigerator.

Step 2: Microwave white chocolate for 1 minute on half power. Stir. Return to microwave and melt on half power for another 30 seconds. Remove balls from the fridge. Coat each with chocolate. Place crushed candy cane in a bowl and roll each ball to coat. Let cool on wax paper or cookie sheet.

Step 3: Enjoy peppermint cookie dough treats!!

Cardamom Cashew Butter Cookie

HereCreative cookies are all the rage and who doesn’t like a soft and chewy cookie that bursts with flavor. I bet you have never had a cashew butter cookie before, and if you love cashews this will become your favorite recipe!

Ingredients:

1 C Betsy’s Best Gourmet Cashew Butter with Cardamom
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C flour
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 C chopped cashews
1/2 C white or dark chocolate chips

Step By Step Recipe Directions:

 

Step 1:Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until blended.

Step 3: Place cookies on cookie sheet and bake 8-10 min or until golden brown on the edges.

Step 4: Enjoy!

 You can easily swap out the cashew butter for another nut or seed blend from Betsy’s Best. Swap the chopped cashews for walnuts or pecans for a different flavor. If you love the cardamom spice, add an additional 1/4 tsp to the recipe to spice it up even more!
