Add some heat to your morning blend and give your smoothie a kick with some ginger and cayenne combined with our delicious gourmet Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Peanut Butter. Warning! If you substitute in a different PB brand this smoothie just won’t be the same.

Recipe Ingredients:

Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Peanut Butter

1 C almond or other milk alternative

1/2 frozen banana

6 baby carrots

1 T chia seeds

1 T hemp seeds

pinch sea salt

1 small knob ginger (can adjust size depending on taste)

dash of cayenne

Step By Step Ginger Smoothie Recipe Directions:

Step 1: Blend until smooth.

Step 2: Add more cayenne if you need more heat!.

Step 7: Enjoy your cayenne pepper ginger smoothie!

Peanut Butter and Jelly Quesadilla

This peanut butter and jelly quesadilla recipe takes the classic PB&J to the next level. Healthy and gluten-free, it’s sure to be an instant hit at your kitchen table. Recipe Ingredients:

2 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Peanut Butter

2 6-inch tortillas (whole wheat or gluten free)

1 banana, sliced thin

1 Tbsp apricot jam

1 oz Manchego cheese, shredded

1 Tbsp hemp seeds

Cooking spray or oil

Step By Step PB&J Quesadilla Recipe Directions:

Step 1Preheat griddle or pan and spray with non-stick cooking spray or lightly drizzle with oil.

Step 2: Place half of Betsy’s Best Gourmet Peanut Butter on each tortilla and spread to the edges.

Step 3: Arrange banana slices on top of the peanut butter on one tortilla.

Step 4: Top with jam, spreading thinly to cover banana. Sprinkle cheese evenly over jam.

Step 5: Top with the second tortilla, peanut butter side down.

Step 6: Cook quesadilla until both sides are golden.

Step 7: Remove from pan and cut into 4 triangles.

Step 8: Enjoy the peanut butter and jelly quesadilla!

Ingredients:

1 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Almond Butter

1 pack (100g) Sambazon Açai Berry Unsweetened, frozen

½ banana, frozen

2 T almond milk or other milk alternative

Berry Bowl Toppings

¼ C blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or blackberries

1/3 banana, sliced

2 T granola

1 T hemp seeds

1 T honey

Step By Step Berry Divine Acai Bowl Recipe Directions:

Step 1: Place Açai berry, banana, Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Almond Butter and almond milk in blender and blend until creamy.

Step 2: Split into 2 separate bowls and top with fruit, granola and hemp seeds.

Step 3: Drizzle with honey. Serves 2.

Step 4: Enjoy your acai bowl!
