Homemade Pumpkin Dip

Are you ready to try Betsy’s homemade pumpkin dip recipe? Trust Betsy! It is yummy and healthy! It is so good your fruits and vegetables will want to jump into. This is not your normal fruit dip, but a creamy peanut butter and spice blend of fall flavors.

Pumpkin Dip Ingredients:

1/3 Cup Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Almond Butter

1 cup pumpkin puree

½ cup almond milk

¼ cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

1 Tbsp chia seeds

Fruit, baked goods or crackers for serving

Step By Step Homemade Pumpkin Dip Recipe Directions:

Step 1: Combine all ingredients except chia seeds in small saucepan and cook over medium heat.

Step 2: Stir frequently and whisk until smooth.

Step 3: Once dip comes to boil, lower heat and cook 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid scorching. Stir in chia seeds.

Step 4: Serve hot or chilled with fall fruits, baked goods or crackers.

Step 5: Enjoy
