Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter Dipped Popsicles

Summer just got a whole lot tastier with this easy and fun recipe for dipped popsicles.  Featuring Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter and your favorite popsicle you will be saying it was #LoveAtFirstTaste! Here at Betsy;s Best we love Yasso frozen yogurt pops.  They are a healthy and very tasty low calorie treat.  

Recipe Ingredients:

1/4 C Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter

1/4 c coconut oil

1/4 c coconut shreds, unsweetened

4 popsicles of choice

Step By Step Dipped Popsicles Recipe Directions:

Step 1Combine coconut oil and Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter in a bowl and stir to combine.  If coconut oil is solid you will want to pop it in the microwave for no more than 10 seconds. 

Step 2: This will allow it to blend easier with the cashew butter, but allow the oil to cool before dipping. 

Step 3: In a shallow bowl add the coconut shreds.

Step 4: Dip the popsicles in the coconut oil and butter mixture and then dip in the coconut shreds. 

Step 5: Place on a plate and pop in the freezer up to 5 min to allow the dipped shell to harden. 

Step 6: Wrap in saran wrap and keep in the freezer until ready to eat!

Peanut Butter Banana Popsicle

Betsy’s peanut butter covered frozen banana popsicles are a healthy dessert treat. As the temperature increase, cool treats beat the summer heat! We love these healthy frozen banana pops for a delicious treat that is not only healthy, but fun to make with kids.

Recipe Ingredients:

3 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Peanut Butter

bananas, peeled and cut in half

2 T coconut oil

1 c of toppings such as: Cocoa Krispies, shredded coconut, sprinkles or cacao nibs

8 popsicle sticks

 

 

 

Step By Step Peanut Butter Banana Popsicle Recipe Directions:

Step 1Place popsicle stick in the base of the banana that was cut in half.

Step 2: Put bananas on wax paper on a cookie sheet and place in the freezer for at least 2 hrs. In a small saucepan, add Betsy’s Best and coconut; on low heat melt oil and Betsy’s Best together.

Step 3: Remove from heat.

Step 4: Place toppings individually on its own plate.

Step 5: Take bananas from the freezer and dip one at a time into Betsy’s Best mixture, then roll in topping and place back on wax paper.

Step 6: Once finished with each banana store in freezer in an airtight container

Step 7: Enjoy your frozen banana popsicles!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Popsicles Recipe

Make Betsy’s chocolate peanut butter popsicles if you love cool summer treats. You won’t believe how sweet this low-sugar gourmet dessert tastes! Featuring Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Peanut Butter, these truly are GOURMET popsicles.

Recipe Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Peanut Butter

1 large banana

1 avocado

1⁄4 cup water

2 Tbsp. cacao powder

1 Tbsp. chia seeds

1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

3 – 4 drops liquid stevia

Step By Step Chocolate Peanut Butter Popsicles Recipe Directions:

Step 1: Mix all ingredients in a blender.

Step 2: Pour “popsicle juice” into molds, adding holders or wooden popsicle sticks to freeze overnight.

Step 3: Serve to your children and all of their friends.

Step 4: Enjoy your homemade chocolate peanut butter popsicles.  BTW, these popsicles are easy to make with your kids, too.  !
