Pumpkin Pie Smoothie | Some Spice and Everything Nice

Betsy’s pumpkin pie smoothie recipe is like a slice of pumpkin pie without the guilt! Sip into heaven with this silky nut free sunflower seed butter smoothie with highlights of cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top and you would swear you are slurping down an incredible pie!

Smoothie Ingredients:

2 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Sunflower Seed Butter

3 deglet noor dates, pitted

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend

pinch Himalayan sea salt

stevia, to taste (optional)

1/2 ripe banana (4 inches)

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 cup unsweetened

coconut milk

1/8 tsp vanilla

Step By Step Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe Directions:

Step 1Add all smoothie ingredients into blender.

Step 2: Blend until smooth.

Step 3: Enjoy your pumpkin pie smoothie!!
