Baked Kale Chips Coated With Cardamom Cashew Butter

Betsy’s Best baked kale chips are a healthy snack that pack a powerful punch!  Kale meets cardamom cashew butter in the most amazing baked chip  Try this healthy snack recipe and those unhealthy bagged potato chips will become a thing of the past!

Ingredients:

3 T Betsy’s Best Cardamom Cashew Butter

1 bunch kale, washed, dried and de-stemmed

1 T coconut oil

1/4 tsp sea salt

Step By Step Baked Kale Chips Recipe Directions:

Step 1In a bowl combine Betsy’s Best with coconut oil and salt. 

Step 2: Stir together and add kale. 

Step 3: Break kale into large pieces. 

Step 4: Place either in dehydrator at 120 degrees for 12-24 hrs or place in oven at 250 degrees for 8-10 min or until crispy.

Step 3: Enjoy your tasty and healthy baked kale chips!!

This is delicious made with each of the nut butters, Sunflower Seed, Peanut, or Almond.  Add more cinnamon or nutmeg, sprinkle with hemp seeds, or add shredded coconut for some unique variations.  You will find that this remarkable kale chip will satisfy every sweet craving and replace it with a healthier alternative! Sea salt has the same sodium content as table salt, meaning it’s no better for blood pressure levels, but there are nutritional benefits to using sea salt instead of traditional table salt, all of which come as a result of the way it’s extracted from the earth. Ingredients:

Teriyaki Chicken

6-8 chicken tenders

1/4 C teriyaki sauce

2 T Betsy’s Best gourmet sunflower seed butter

Greek Yogurt Dip

1 8 oz Greek yogurt, plain

1 tsp lemon juice

pinch sea salt

1 small knob ginger

1 small clove garlic

2 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Sunflower Seed Butter

Step By Step Teriyaki Chicken with Greek Yogurt Dip Recipe Directions:

Step 1Combine teriyaki sauce and 2 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Seed Butter until smooth.

Step 2: Marinate raw chicken a min of 1 hr or overnight.

Step 3: Either grill or bake on skewers until no longer pink.

Step 4: To make sauce, place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.

Homemade Chocolate Biscotti With Almond Butter

Are you thinking about baking homemade chocolate biscotti? Think no more! If you Love almond, chocolate, and coconut, then this almond joyous breakfast recipe is for you! A gluten-free twist with Betsy’s Best gourmet almond butter and chocolate chips makes this biscotti the BEST!!!

Biscotti Ingredients:

1/4 C Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Almond Butter

1/2 C almond flour

1 C arrowroot

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp guar gum

1/2 C brown sugar

1/4 C coco powder

1/4 C coconut oil

2 eggs

2 T honey

1/2 C finely shredded unsweetened coconut

1/2 C dark chocolate chips

Step By Step Homemade Chocolate Biscotti Recipe Directions:

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.

Step 3: In a separate bowl combine all wet ingredients.

Step 4: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

Step 5: Place parchment paper on cookie sheet and form a loaf with the mixture.

Step 6: Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.

Step 7: Remove and allow to cool.

Step 8: Slice into biscotti sized slices and place each slice face up on the parchment paper.

Step 9: Return to oven for another 15 min or until crispy.

Step 10: Remove and allow to cool. Place in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Step 11: Enjoy your homemade chocolate biscotti!
