Cauliflower is making a comeback and while this cruciferous vegetable usually consumed raw or steamed, roasting makes for a unique dish. 1/4 Cup Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Peanut Butter
1 head cauliflower
2 Tbsp nutritional yeas
1 Tbsp hot water to thin (if needed)
½ tsp sea salt
Step By Step Recipe Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces
Step 3:Whisk together Betsy’s Best, nutritional yeast, water and salt.
Step 4: Toss with chopped cauliflower.
Step 5: Spread cauliflower on baking sheet.
Step 6: Roast 35-45 minutes.
Step 7: Enjoy!
