Mix up a dip that will keep you diving in with fruit or veggie sticks. This Betsy’s Best white bean and honey dip is full of fiber, loaded with chia seeds and packs a punch of flavor you won’t be able to get enough of!
- 2 cups white beans (navy, northern, or garbanzo work best)
- ½ cup Betsy’s Best Gourmet Peanut Butter (or substitute with Betsy’s Best Almond or Seed Butter)
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup honey (or maple syrup)
- Pinch sea salt
Combine all ingredients food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
