- 1/4 Cup Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Almond Butter
- 2 cups chickpeas
- ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp maple syrup (or 6 drops of SweetLeaf Vanilla Stevia)
- ½ Tbsp vanilla extract
- Apple or carrot slices
Step By Step Caramel Hummus Recipe Directions:
Step 1: Drain, rinse and peel chickpeas (peeling isn’t necessary, but makes a creamier hummus).
Step 2: Combine all ingredients in a food processor until hummus is smooth and emulsified.
