Recipe Ingredients:

2 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Almond Butter

3 c water

2 Tbsp pumpkin puree

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Stevia or honey to taste

Step By Step Pumpkin Spice Almond Milk Recipe Directions:

Step 1In a blender blend all ingredients on high until well incorporated. 

Step 2: Store in a glass container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Step 3: Enjoy your homemade pumpkin spice almond milk!

Cardamom Cashew Iced Coffee

Spring is springing and iced coffee season is at hand. If you love Betsy’s Best you will not be surprised at how nicely it bends into coffee. For this recipe we mix our Gourmet Cashew Butter with Cardamom with cold coffee and ice. Delicious and refreshing!

Ingredients:

1 C cold coffee

1/2 banana, frozen

2 T Betsy’s Best Gourmet Cashew Butter

1/2 C ice

Step By Step Recipe Directions:

 

Step 1: Brew unflavored coffee

Step 2Place all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth.

Step 3: Poor into favorite glass and feel free to add affitional ice

Step 4: Enjoy!

This pina colada smoothie recipe or as we like to call it, Green-A-Colada, is our very first recipe to feature our new Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter!

A great way to start any day, this tropical treat will have you dreaming of the beach!  Grab a mini umbrella to garnish your drink and sit back and picture the sand between your toes, warm sunshine on your face, and let this cool yet healthy drink calm you like the ocean waves

Recipe Ingredients:

2 T Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter

1 c light coconut milk, unsweetened

1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple

1/2 frozen banana

2 Tbsp chia seeds

1 handful spinach

2 Tbsp toasted coconut flakes for garnish

Step By Step Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe Directions:

Step 1: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2: Pour into your favorite smoothy glass.

Betsy’s Best Lemon Pie Smoothie

BHealthy and delicious are perfectly paired in this awesome Lemon Pie Smoothie recipe! We combined chia seeds, Betsy’s Best Gourmet Almond Butter and other super ingredients to make a smoothie that’s sure to become one of your favorites.

Ingredients:

1 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Sunflower Seed Butter

½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk substitute)

½ cup filtered water

¼ cup raw dates, pitted and chopped (or 4 drops of liquid Stevia)

¼ cup lemon flesh (½ small lemon) peeled, seeds and membrane removed

1 medium banana (fresh or frozen)

1 Tbsp vanilla powder (optional)

1 Tsp vanilla extract

1 Tbsp chia seeds (or flax seed)

½ cup of spinach (or kale)

6 ice cubes

Step 1Place all ingredients in your blender.
