Our mango coconut smoothie recipe is a gourmet treat!  Featuring our Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter 

Ingredients:

2 slices bread

2 T Betsy’s Best Cinnamon Almond Butter

]1 T Blackberry preserve

9 blackberries

6 mint leaves

Step By Step Recipe Directions:

 

Step 1: Assemble the sandwich with almond butter on one slice of bread and blackberry preserves on the other slice. 

Step 2: Add fresh blackberries on top of the preserve and garnish with the mint. 

Step 3: Place slices of bread together.

Step 4: Enjoy!

This pina colada smoothie recipe or as we like to call it, Green-A-Colada, is our very first recipe to feature our new Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter!

A great way to start any day, this tropical treat will have you dreaming of the beach!  Grab a mini umbrella to garnish your drink and sit back and picture the sand between your toes, warm sunshine on your face, and let this cool yet healthy drink calm you like the ocean waves

Recipe Ingredients:

2 T Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter

1 c light coconut milk, unsweetened

1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple

1/2 frozen banana

2 Tbsp chia seeds

1 handful spinach

2 Tbsp toasted coconut flakes for garnish

Step By Step Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe Directions:

Step 1: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2: Pour into your favorite smoothy glass.

Step 3: Enjoy your pina colada smoothie

A delicious apple and chive salad with a savory cashew butter dressing

This savory apple and chive salad will make eating healthy so easy! Featuring Betsy’s Best Gourmet Cashew Butter with Cardamom in the dressing this salad has amazing flavor and the ingredients you need to stay satisfied.  If you’ve never tried cardamom, you’ll be surprised at how well it pairs with apples.

  • 2 1/2 Ounces Manchego Cheese, matchstick
  • 3 Whole Green Apples, matchstick
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Chives, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/8 Cup Shallots
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Betsy’s Best Gourmet Cashew Butter with Cardamom
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 Salt & pepper to taste

Mix manchego, apples and chives in a bowl. Mix all other ingredients together until Betsy’s Best Gourmet Cashew Butter is dissolved or blend in a blender.  Pour over apple mixture and gently toss.  Serve right away.
